P+A was involved in this innovative mixed-use development located at the intersection of Como Lake Ave and Clarke Road, adjacent to the new Evergreen line in Coquitlam, BC.
This project is comprised of two residential towers with concrete townhomes and a new Safeway sharing a common parkade structure. Landscape amenities include large private patios and roof decks with outdoor fireplaces, a richly landscaped podium level deck with a water feature surrounding the yoga studio and a large scale green roof over the Safeway. Extensive offtsite improvements include new sidewalks and boulevards, street trees and structural soil, as well as irrigation and site furnishings.
