P+A was one of three firms selected to participate in this unique study that occurred from August to October of 2013.
Four different ownership groups agreed to consolidate their land holdings to create this 2000-acre parcel on the southern border of Calgary so that innovative plan options could be explored. The process included interim reviews by the ownership group and a final public presentation in downtown Calgary. The P+A scheme focused on strengthening external connections, contextual relationships, and embracing the agricultural heritage of the land.
