We have new photos for the recently completed

Edgemont Village Seniors Living facility, located in the District of North Vancouver. The landscape design for the independent seniors living development complements the clean contemporary expression of the architecture, while harmonizing with the existing landscape character of the Edgemont residential community, and provides residents opportunities for social interaction and engagement with the natural world.

The project included implementation of new sidewalks, corner seating plazas, common central courtyard, and community garden provide residents the opportunity for exercise and social engagement.

The central courtyard has been designed to be fully accessible and a secure setting, with a trellis for covered seating framing the view to a central water feature. The community garden includes a greenhouse, raised garden beds, benches, and a small tool shed. Paving provides varied colour and firm footing for residents, and a varied tapestry of native and adaptive plans provide colour and interest throughout the year.
