Kim Perry participated in a charrette in April of 2014 collaborating with Michael Von Hausen, Cal Srigley, Alan Endall and Frank Ducote, to prepare a mixed-use community plan for this 443-acre site located on the Sea to Sky Highway in British Columbia.
This prominent site located on Howe Sound, just south of the Britannia Mine Museum, is currently used for gravel aggregate extraction. Working with the local community, team members created idea diagrams which were then discussed and used to formulate a preferred concept plan that included a range of residential densities, a village centre and a school site.
